Company / Practice Overview: The canonical ground truth document. Who you are, what you solve, and why you exist. Loaded first in every working session so a model never starts from zero.
Voice Extraction: How you sound when you aren’t performing or hiding behind corporate safety language. Analyzed across six dimensions: sentence mechanics, cadence, vocabulary inventory, and signature moves, pulled directly from your unvarnished writing.
Voice Definition & Stance: Decision trees and override rules. When your advisor voice writes vs. when an analytical voice writes. The rules that keep you from drifting off-voice.

The Context
Between 2012 and 2017, I ran a web production studio building sites for functional medicine doctors, healers, and mission-driven practitioners. My entire premise was simple: build them a clean site that connected their authentic story with the people who needed them most.
The promise of that era was "you can manage your own WordPress site." The reality was that only a rare few ever could. Most clients got trapped in plugin updates, broken forms, baffling dashboards, and fear of touching their own pages.
Modern tools like Lovable fundamentally break that dependency. For the first time, you don't need to learn code, wrestle with a CMS, or stay on an agency retainer to run your own site. You direct and evolve your web presence using natural, plain English. But while the tool is extraordinarily capable, an empty canvas is intimidating without an experienced builder in the room.
